This document governs the use of the website https://ekranoplanoeconomico.com/en/ and the purchase of Ekranoplano® products, operated by CMA SAS, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. By using this site you accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose

Ekranoplano® is an ultralight wing-in-ground (WIG) effect vehicle designed and manufactured in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The site provides product information and lets you request information, join the pre-sale and order units.

2. Product information

Images, videos, specifications and figures (speed, range, consumption, dimensions) are informational and approximate. Results may vary depending on operating conditions, load, propeller used and environment. We reserve the right to improve or modify the product without prior notice.

3. Prices, pre-sale and payments

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) as an international reference and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • The pre-order price is a launch promotion, limited to the first production units.
  • The payment schedule is 70% upon order and 30% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept Mercado Pago, PayPal, Stripe and domestic/international bank transfer.

4. Manufacturing and delivery

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond the Company's control. Shipping conditions are detailed in the Sales & Shipping Notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Ekranoplano® brand, logo, texts, images, videos and site design are owned by CMA SAS or used with authorization and are protected by applicable law. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited. The product is patent pending (Pat. Pend.).

6. Responsible use of the product

The buyer is responsible for operating the vehicle safely and in accordance with the maritime and navigation regulations applicable in their country or region, including licensing, registration and safety equipment requirements. The Company is not liable for misuse of the product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMA SAS shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or the product. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, unless otherwise required by law.
